To go into forced full screen use ALT + Enter as in Hold down ALT then press Enter. Then on the Title screen pick your resolution IF available, if not available pick the largest one your screen can handle.
Those who have a resolution above 1920*1080 like me or god forbid below 1280*720 you will have to play in full screen, I will be kicked out of full screen randomly when I go to the title I have not been able to figure that out.
*For those who think that you can change a file to go to any resolution you want, Unity will overwrite any such file changes. I have tried multiple other people on this forum have tried do not waste your time on this, unless you know exactly where to go in Unity to fix / change that and want to share the file/fix with us all, please do not waste your time on this.
- BM Love Cafe seems to expect a 30 - 60 FPS and has a lot of glitches when FPS is above those amounts like: When in fullscreen your toon zooming around when using keyboard, the title screen toons not blinking and moving or blinking and moving at such a fast rate that it crashes the game, xor interactions that are time baised going past those frames so fast it seems like there was no interaction.
-To avoid these glitches: AMD: Set your Enhanced Sync settings to Disabled as that worked for me and works for most games where game speed is tied to FPS; NViDiA and everyone else: find the setting to set your refresh rate to ~60 FPS you can try 120 FPS at your own risk for I have not bothered to test it.
-Main annoyances with the game as per this post, aside from the setup, i am typing this at just past the intro: Menus DO NOT PAUSE unless its the settings menu ; Right click does not close ANY menus, neither does Esc which is the STANDARD for Hentai games ; Right click seems to do nothing; You will HAVE TO use the keyboard.

it's just below that full screen check box, maybe try clicking it a couple of times, the last version had "two" fullscreen modes, where
un-clicking it reset it to normal and the second click brought it to "actual" fullscreen... I imagine this is happening now because I can see your windows border even though it's supposed to be fullscreen.

Thats one way thats exclusive to the skinhead, normally you just talk to the girl while a delivery guy is present and select "tempt the delivery guy" option
Lots of bugs combined with a lack of objectives eventually made me drop this. Speeding through walls was my favorite bug I think.
I had to alt+enter to put the game in windowed, drag it over to a 16:9 monitor, and alt+enter to force it into the proper aspect ratio. Bad programming.

It's for all characters but there's only one character that doesn't result in an immediate game over.
I tried both, I put it in both the game room and the streamer, but it doesn't work.

I found a solution on steam but I haven't tried it myself.
Conditions:
1. When a guest enters the cafe, they must be seated at the first table situated at the top left, closest to the bar. Note: If there are no other guests around, the receptionist will always lead the guest to that first table
2. That guest's request must be asking for Jena.
3. On the player's side: instead of assigning Jena; assign another maid to accompany that guest
4. When the new maid picks up the food and attempts to persuade the guest, the persuasion must fail.
5. Afterwards, the guest will be seated alone savoring his lonely meal.
6. Next, summon Jena to the Front
7. Speak to Jena and click the option Lick My A**h*le
8. NTR triggers.
My successful tryouts was when starting a new game entirely. That time both Jena & Gina's PUA was at lowest, making it extremely easy to fail a persuasion... alas, it was not really worth it.
