The worse your mood is, the less time you have. So the first few days you will always fail. Once you get transformed a bit and start accepting the situation and are happier (possibly wear different clothes), you will reach a point where you can't fail them without actively not pressing the key.
Check your mood at the top right and see how you can fix it.

It's behind the paints -- middle drawer of the chest in the "hobby room." You can only see it when the Japanese-stereotype girl is in the room painting. Because she has removed one of the paint bottles from the shelf thus making the hanko visible.

I know one of the contestants use the ladder but I can not get the ladder to use myself - any sggestions/help on how to get the ladder myself so I can use it in kitchen?

They greatly updated the graphics, but its incomplete. lil bit more time and this game will look good.

Its really broken, needs bug fixes. I talked with Abigail and maxed out relation near swimming pool and then the game wont let me go anywhere saying its too late to go out or something. I know its because I am not supposed to talk with her again and again in a single day but it wont even let me reload a save. Whenever I reload or start a new game the screen freezes.

It's relatively straightforward. Once you open the game and cheat engine, select open process, select the game, then check enable speedhack, and then set it to 2.

Now my game don't start anymore

Make sure you are using the appropriate version of the game, if the uncensor patch and the game version don't match up the game breaks.
