I love the idea of multiple transformation paths, I'd be delighted to see every NPC have some way to offend them such that they take you down their unique path some time in the future.
Chastity's a big fetish of mine. Perhaps there could be a route that prevents your penis from disappearing entirely, with whichever offended character locking you in the cage to prevent you from lowering your arousal. This could take the form of a fully fleshed out transformation path or a one-off event that just applies that effect for the rest of the game.

Out of curiosity, will the chastity thing be its own dedicated path (like a dedicated sissy route) or just a one-off (perhaps able to be combined with other paths)?
