This is because it is a garbage game, where everything is built to stretch out the playing time - a long game from the developer's point of view means a lot of content.

In this playthrough I was a guy and I'm not sure about the degree of transformation and the relationship with it. Like I said, this game is made to waste a lot of time on pointless repetitions.
That's not correct. I used my one save to unlock about 10+ different endings. Also transferring save works good enough as well. I couldn't trigger one of the endings myself, and got to see the ending using someone else's save. And in multiverse it counts as completed.
My game version was 6.6, it should work with 7.0 as well. 7.1 added "Seeded Randomness", any version before that should work with same save I'm guessing.

Become friends with the science lady, I forget her name. And after on of the end of week events (I think it's the 3rd or 4th one) you can talk to her in the hobby room and she'll ask you to help with an experiment on the the bimbo drugs. It's basically a game of mastermind where you need to guess the right colour in the right order.
To get those endings you need to overdose on one type of the drug. So instead of selecting 4 different samples, you select all 4 samples as one of those types of drugs(heat, skin, rise, and dum). Should trigger the ending when you check the experiments results the next morning.
Really feels like the dev came out as trans pretty far into development, jarring's definitely the best word for it.

You might need to have which ever stat you want to get the ending for already maxed.
I recall not being able to get one of them to work, skin I think. If that's the one you're trying, try another one.
