What is the milk bottle used for, the one that you can buy in the Legacy after the hucow ending ?

I can't use the hypno equipment on anything other than Gym stuff after using it once on the magazines.

Does this game include any sex scenes? or at least being able to sleep with a woman/relationship without animation?
trying to play on the newest update; can't start a new save, just goes to a black screen after the initial intro text has a pop-up looking like this and then stays a black screen, stops being responsive, tried multiple different ways, previous saves just stop working as well after a few clicks same pop-up before non responsive
is there a guide or something I can look cause im stuck and dont know what else to do to unlock more content
