How can i get to be an ally with Ericka to be able to get in her room? The quests say find a way into Ericka's room and it also says its only available in the ally route. Also where do we find the memory fragments in the house?

if you're talking about helping Abigail, i think i found the combination in the save file, as i was seeing if i could cheat the legacy items as my data got wiped after a computer misshap. i used

Pick 1, 2, 3 and 4.
[Next Day]
Check results
If any are green take note
(It means the color is the right choice and is in the right place)
If any yellow then take note
(It means the color is the right choice but not in the right place)
(So exchange the yellow choices amonst other yellow/black outcomes)
If any black then pick something else from 5, 6, 7 or 8 to replace.
(Black means not right choice, that color isn't in the solution at all)
[Next Day(s)]
Repeat above steps until they're are no:
Black
Yellow
Success!
[Side note]
Save right before checking it the next day after having solved it, as some branches occur.
(One occurs from failing to find the solution also, so maybe save right before solving it)

tips on how to start the fairy route?a very small amount.
You have to beat the game at least once (I think) to get to it too. It's called the Fairy Branch.
After beating the game (possibly more than once) keep an eye out as you move around the rooms you'll see a sparkly thing floating about, when you click on it it'll then move to an adjacent room to where you have to keep trying to catch it (skill check), afterwards you'll have a choice to release them (The fairy Route) or keep them (never tried this route).
Afterwards you'll find the fairy in the birdhouse.
IMO it's one of the most pain in the ass ones to get. Just make sure you've completed the game then started another. If you only/mostly earn games via save scumming to a plot choice then I think it'll only count as 1 win, plus the game you loaded on will say it was only one attempt.
So if you don't see it, just get quick full games and new games started as quickly as you can and by the "second" or "third" game you should see it. I often spot it in the Foyer (Clothing Store, Drug store), but I've also seen them in the living room too, but check everywhere.

Is there a fairy ending btw? I finally got to meet the little gal but idk what to do after the 2 scenes they have.
I could be wrong, but I don't think so no, I think the fairy is just a vehicle to touch on other kinks the contestants either don't touch or not enough.

her destroying clothes and giving a random transformation every night seems really harsh if it doesn't come with an ending to get points off of.

So it is. Fey magic stuff I see. The world seed stuff seems... complicated. But I bet it will be way better than the save scumming methods used now once some documentation comes out. I will not miss rerolling the weekly 10 times to not get a stupid name.
