Its the .app file. The main game file. What's happening is that the MacOS is preventing it from being opened due to permissions to run the file. You need to allow it from the terminal.

I think the 'legacy' system is kind of the new game plus... Purchased or found items carry over into the future save, along with modified attributes. The game can't be beaten without playing through repeatedly and obtaining certain items to reach the endgame.

This is mostly from memory. And my memory is bad. Sorry.
It's fairly complicated. I think you need to have already gotten some of the "bad" endings and unlocked the item that comes from them. I don't quite remember which ones you need, I'm fairly sure you need the breast milk that you get from the cow ending. You might need others, I don't recall. Probably best to do as many of them as you can first.
Then you need to beat Erika in the reality TV show part of the game. You do this by making friends with the other contestants and completing their "quests" to unlock the as allies. You need to find the stamp for the first girl, and complete the science experiment for the second girl. Once you're allies with them you can meet up at night with them and plan how to take Erica down. They'll give you some tasks to complete, I think, it was a while ago so I forget the details. Eventually you'll also need to recruit the 3rd girl, you need to get on her maid path and have the other 2 girls save you I think.
Once all 3 girls are on your side, you'll have some tasks to do to take down Erika. I believe it was all laid out fairly clearly what you need to do, just make saves every so often if you need to reload as it's a long process. IF you manage to beat Erika, then everything goes to hell. The corrupted version of the studio is mostly straight forward. You need to use the slime and snake transformations to progress through it.
Again, from memory you need to use the slime to get a keycard from a water bubbler, the snake transformation to open a locked door. And you need to power an elevator with fuel from the RV.
Once you get the elevator working you take it up the executive floors, solve some shredded paper puzzles to learn the keycode to the labs, then do what the guy in the labs tells you to do. Fight Erika in a rather silly magic fight with the power of trans recognition. Profit?

Is it just me, or did they add a jacked black guy in the game to NOT be a BBC thug? Or is his corruption in the works? I hate that I have to ask, but with all the forced messaging about consent and sex-positivity (in a freaking dubcon bimbo-TF gameshow game), I wouldn't put it past them to just have the guy there to "subvert harmful racial stereotypes".
I wish there was a game just like this but actually good

It’s strange that there is still no port for Android , if the game weighs only 3+ GB it’s normal... You can compress the arts and then it will be possible to run it on any toaster
Hello, what's difference between downloading here 0.7.0 f2 or downloading 0.7.0 but f5 from official site? Can I watch all endings correctly or something will close? And why game still asks me to update to 0.7.0 f2?

To be fair, you aren't really missing much sex either way. Basically every scene is doggy with you facing the screen. And there aren't many variations. I keep hoping we get some good side art with the cast where we aren't just on the floor.
