That's right, there's a limit for now. Elizabeth is in active development.

There is some mention of "safe" days in the dialogue. Is there pregnancy content planned?

ItI'll be straight with you - that kind of content isn't planned. It's just the character being concerned.

its for transparency of some kind, its supposed to make objects disappear when they are blocking your view to what is happening, dev explained that its a feature for future updates, so its useless for now

Keep this one up, I will definitely add it to my list at some point. It just needs more content and a strong, clean direction for UI (etc). Lean into the cuckoldry a bit more and you will do very well here.
