Found the creator on Kemono, the link is in the first post. I remember playing this game and it is really good but very lore heavy and with much Chinese text which makes it really hard to enjoy. Everything else is really good!

Great find and thanks for linking. Sadly i can't get the game to work and cant find the discord to trouble shoot. i get "File Corrupted: Please run a virus-check, then reinstall the application." when attempting to launch the app. did you have a workaround for this yourself?

to emulate the Chinese system locale. I think you have to extract the game in Chinese, you can find this setting in most extractors (I use Bandizip).

Edit: renaming the game worked. (to be fair i delete and re-extracted using 7zip which automatically renamed the .exe this time. no clue why).

It's a Unity game, so that's someone attaching an MTL plug-in and calling it an English version.

It's a really basic game, so that's probably good enough.
