1 more question, is this NTR exclusive for Netorare (cuck) or there's Netorase (sharing) ?
I've no problem with Netorase sharing and swinging genre, but cuckoldry is a big no for me.
If your game pure Netorare, then I'm gonna to avoid all NTR scene.

It would not surprise me if the dev uses AI to help the writing process, but if it is good enough writing and with a coherent plot vision that they are clearly using just as a tool and guiding the input then editing the output. Good. If it helps them be more productive on the game I am directly taking without paying for then it would be a little hypocritical of me to to be annoyed that in a vague sense they are using the work of others to help create theirs without direct attributions.

And remember that scene near the beginning when they first meet the goblins? Everyone says they should just agree to forget what happened here roughly 163 times.

The dev's not editing the output. I actually advised them over on TFGS that the game would read much better with a few editing passes. Every ero scene is full of blatant repeats. And remember that scene near the beginning when they first meet the goblins? Everyone says they should just agree to forget what happened here roughly 163 times.

Honestly, if you'd glanced at the code for two seconds, which I assume you could, given your 'all-knowing' confidence, you'd immediately see why it's always structured with three lists. Every line is handled by widgets that require three list arguments. That's literally a structural necessity code wise. It was done for simply one reason. So any UI change is automatically implemented in all previous files, which we have around 2000 now.

Regarding the Gairos scene you mentioned on tfgamessite. Here's the actual snippet:

Yes, there was a bug in the public version because I didn't implement the three-list structure there. But, yep as we all know only AIs make mistakes. The VIP version, which comes a month later, fixed it.

The chapters, is intentional. Two reasons:

  1. Each chapter = one upgrade.
  2. Each chapter = one ending song.
It’s literally easier than any AI explanation you're trying to shoehorn in. It's simply what most game devs do. But yeah, they all most likely use AI. The only weird part is that the AI forced me this month and for the next few to stay in chapter 8. Maybe the AI made little AI children.

The early chapters still have quite a few rough lines cause the game was written like a book before I switched in a later chapter to a completely new UI with dialog systems. Ah sorry, I mean when the AI decided to force me to change the old design.

All the more reason to do manual editing passes? You're going to run into lots of physical limitations of the technology if you use LLMs to do all the physical writing. You can post a reason for why it reads like it does, but it comes down to "that's why you should really have a person look it over and clean it up". I do like that you're trying something big with it, but based on what you have the game could stand to benefit a lot more from some small scale quality control that'd make it more engaging to read than a new chapter adding yet another entirely different genre of gameplay system.

Like I'm not even criticizing you for leaning on it so heavily for this game because I think you're one of very few devs trying to do something interesting with it, but that doesn't excuse the parts where it's hindering the storytelling in a very fixable way.

Just to be clear, because this keeps getting repeated: I’m not letting an LLM write the whole game.

I've always been open about how the game is developed and what tools are used where. You're free to think whatever you want about that, but attributing the writing wholesale to an LLM isn't accurate and isn't what's causing the repetition.

I'm happy to talk about concrete issues in the game itself. Pacing, scenes, readability, structure, gameplay. But I'd rather move past speculative arguments about the process and actually discuss the content.

On recent version didn't notice the web version links in the downloads and went to your dropbox for it. The download from there was over 5gb but unzipped created another zip with size like 2.6gb? Anyway love all the facial animations the game has now especially that the feminine mc has beautiful face and hair. Just wish townsfolk or your party members commented a bit more about your changes. I'm at the part where Nim lost the big red crystal she made by running through a human town without an escort. This really doesn't seem like something she would do being how intelligent and careful she is.. Now Gairo has it guessing this was a necessary plot device. So far been lucky in the battles hope that continues. Love the Game..

Thanks! Inside each folder on dropbox and mega is a zip and the folder. You can download either one of both. And yep "Nim wouldn't usually do something like that ;)"
