At the beginning? Just boot up the game and skip the intro xDBut all old saves are obsolete...
Does anyone have a fresh one that's more or less at the beginning of this update? That would be awesome.
If you mean with some progress with the characters, then check this one. I edited it with a Save Editor to bump the "levels" of everyone. However you still have to play the scenes to progress.
EDIT: Not recommended for version 0.16 onwards.

It's not working on that users end cause so far I've not encountered any issues in regards to the Game not launching or crashing unexpectedly. Sure, it has bugs (which some are game-breaking, fair enough) but he can't even open the game and most of us can. Hell, I'm playing it right now with the help of an app and it hasn't crashed randomly.

Isn't it in the MC's room? Unless the Doc changed the location. Also that can only happen if you get to the Velvet & Jules event, you currently can't go outside at night during the normal roaming.

also tried to add the changelog to up but kinda fucked up the post structure, so I didn't you can find the changelog in the game folder.
