What do you mean by 'proper' translation? From a quick search, it looks like it's already translated.
When I say proper, I mean a full translation. The one I found on sxshentai was only a partial translation.

It would probably be helpful to a translator if you actually provided them the game.
I suggest workupload or zippyshare for a file host.
I take it your not a translator jerricho13 so if you could give me the name of one, that would be great thanks.
