TLDR; It's a respectful "no" from me.
Context:
I enjoy brain teasing games like this. They usually turn out to be more mechanics focused and only masquerade as H games, which is totally fine to me.
"Brain Exam" is no exception. It is a 'match three' game and definitely not an awful looking game. It looks OK. Unfortunately however, it is competing in a category where there are already amazing games available, namely the "HuniePop" series.
Playing this game made me appreciate the thought and effort gone into that series a lot more.
