The game is overall pretty high effort you can tell that the dev did genuinely care about what he was making but there's just so many things that were annoying about it.


The first 1/3 of the game is just incredibly lame. Go up to a character you have absolutely 0 connection to, (as there is literally no prologue or common route) and watch these girls randomly recite facts about themselves for no reason other than to give you a puzzle bonus when they ask you to recite the fact 10 mins later. The whole time the MC is just making corny ass jokes CONSTANTLY .
The start of the game is also very awkward due to the game having no actual overarching story or direction.


Once you've actually met the characters and they have gotten past their trivia phase the overall writing and dialogue becomes better, the girls become pretty cute and likable I ended up caring about at least half of them. The sex scenes are good, although I do think they kind of come out of nowhere for some of the girls.


There is also a lot of technical issues in this game that are just aggravating.
Having no descriptions on how to get missing scenes, having scenes that you can just miss and can't watch unless you restart the whole game. Having a bunch of scenes that are not in the gallery or rewatchable in any capacity (this one is the worst)


These may seem like nitpicks but they genuinely made the game far less enjoyable to play, if the technical stuff was fixed it would be a 4/5 and if the places with awful writing were fixed it could be a 5/5

Despite its few shortcomings, Braveheart Academy is still one of the best porn games of the genre.
Final Thoughts:
While I do have some criticism to give, the sheer quality of this game ultimately drowns all of that out. There's a lot of content here, and it's always nice to see a finished product instead of the usual abandoned scams. It's a shame that the development of this game was a bit problematic at some point, but I give credit where credit is due. If you want a wholesome story with lovable girls and funny interactions, then you should definitely give this one a go. If you personally hate things that feel a little weeb, however, you should proceed with caution.

I'd also like to use this opportunity to say that I love Lyra. She's adorable.

What an absolutely amazing project. The amount of effort put into this game alone is worth more then 5 stars. There is an array of different characters with a multitude of scenes. Not just any scenes btw these scenes are heavily animated. In fact most of the game is heavily animated even when some characters are just having small talk. The small talk itself is even interesting because of the story and learning about each character. The puzzles are not to difficult but if you think they are in the way then you can always turn them off in the options.

Honestly let me repeat about the amount of effort that went into this game. It is pretty clear that there was a lot of love put into this project more then I have scene in most games. Try it out give it a chance and don't forget to rate it!

What a lovely, sexy, all around great game. I played on easy mode so I can't speak on the puzzle aspect of the game but everything I experienced I thoroughly enjoyed, from the animations to variety of characters it was all done perfectly; the femboys being my favorite of the tons of love interests. I don't have enough good things to say about this 5 star game.

Usually I don't find this style of art very appealing but the author does it so well. The animations are nice and the renders are also good. The scenes are all pretty hot and plentiful. I really liked almost all of the girls and they were fun to talk to. Different personalities and storylines and its nice that you can do them all in the same run and don't have to do replays. The puzzles are annoying but the author left an off option in so its not a problem at all.

Also this game was already great but it gets extra amazing points for having trap content. This site greatly lacks trap stuff. If you want to play an h game with some great trap content you gota play this.

Time to pick apart another porn game. I TRIED. I really did. I read through the first bits of it but it just gets worse and worse. The MC is so robotic and the heroines are generic characters that try to be deeper than they are. The dev tried really hard to make this game feel more alive in terms of animation and stuff. But they don't animate facial emotions but sometimes do. I don't get the focus and with a little more elbow grease it could feel more personable. But the writing is boring. That's what pushes this game down the most. It's boring to read and it's a shame. All these games boast about X,000 lines of dialog added or whatever but it ends up being character tropes and stuff.

All being said you won't hate this game. It's non offensive and looks nice. The dev put actual effort into this game and that's very refreshing as of late. My verdict is check it out and they should remove the completed tag.

Absolutely amazing renders, really charming and interesting characters, well-put story and romance, and simple playstyle. Everything that i wanted in a game like this.
Every ending was good, and this definitely was worth every single hour of my day.

Nice story, great animation, a lot, no, A LOT OF content. Absolutely satisfying! If you wanna have a great time - this game is excellent choice. Really, i did not see anything better for a very long time!!!

This game is a real gem. Funny minigames, very hot girls, some futa and gay content, and the animations are top-notch. Here's hope that the dev eventually finishes the game since most of the girls had just started having sex scenes with MC.

Damn it sucks that this game was abandoned, I was looking forward to the next update and checking the forum every now and then hoping to see it but sadly it was canceled, It really sucks to see this game go, it was a game I was really interested in, I really hope that this game eventually comes back, if that be through the dev himself or someone who picked it up.

I don't know much about the drama that occured, i just want to give this game the rating it deserves even though it is not finished.

The characters in this are some of the best i have seen in an adult game. They are super likable, charismatic and with soul.

The excellent dialogue is a major factor to make you care and it can range from funny to really touching and heartwarming.

The great facial expressions, camera angles and animations only serve to add even more to the charm of the characters.

Even the trap character is not an afterthought. It is obvious a lot of hard work and love has been put in making him.

As for the hentai scenes they feel realistic and special too, more so than i have seen in similar games.

In the end even though i am gutted this game will not be completed, it will always hold a special place in my heart, not unlike an unrequited love.

Pros:

• Nearly everything related to H scenes( and H scenes it self)
• H scene expressions
• Very likable characters
• Story being very immersive and easy to get attached to
• Alot of very smooth & satisfying animations(both idle and H scenes)

Cons:

• Items from the shop doesn't give you extra content( you would think it would based on the description)
• Have to press skip alot to get through the day( if the puzzels are turned off)
• The game is abandoned HOL UP BOIS THE GAME BOUT TO BE UPDATED

Notes:
This game is and will most likely be my favorite CG Visual novel, and I am sad to say that this game will most likely be better than majority of the visual novel 'descendants' that comes after it even though it is nowhere near complete.
The story takes on a few topics and though it may have been silly a few times, it was at the very least better than all its peers.

Great game, shame its never going to be finished.

You just play a very charming, very likeable protagonist who interacts with numerous female students at his new school. There's no more to the plot than that. The strength of the game is in the dialogue between the conquests and the main character, and the quality of the sex scenes. There's a few scenes of character/plot development in a few routes but nothing too heavy, both mostly take a back seat to banter. The dialogue as a whole is top notch, whether that be during a sex scene or outside of one.

Only real annoying aspect is some puzzles you need to do to progress in some routes but you have the option to turn these off. Genuinely don't know why you would keep them on. Some systems also feel a bit unfinished like "Meet and Yeet", the MC's stats felt fairly useless and the shop and your yen feels pretty useless.

Just a very good game, hard to come up with different ways to say that. A good few hours of content, very good interactions for a porn game, likeable characters, no real grind, decent looking, hot sex scenes, good animations. Real big pity the game's development ended as it did.

Good Quality/ties:
-Female models are gorgeous and alot of cuties. Some variety in their nationality aswell, no ebony from what I've seen so far.
-Animations, its the same animations you've seen with this type of 3d renders. so nothing new there. ( this is good and bad)
-camera angles are great most of the time, some are questionable, but pretty sparse so its not a big deal.
-Story and writing is descent, MC is very witty and charming. the choices in the game are obvious, and you can always roll back if you messed up.

Bad quality/ties:
-Hard crashes on me constantly on couple of the girls. couldn't finish their route. Same goes for the dating app hard crashes on lots of them. game just closes itself.
-dating app has 24 hour restriction? on top of you can only usee it on weekend?? come on...
-Game is grindy with the puzzle BUT you can turn it off, but you are still stuck with the day and night cycle grind. The typical SANDBOX ISSUE that every game has in this website.. on top of events that supposed to happen on specific day of whatever month your on, so there is alot of "Fast forward spam then clickting go to sleep button" There is no Skip the day or week or get to the day with the event, your forced to go through everyday until you get to that event. which is VERY TEDIOUS.
-game doesnt warn you about the phone dating app at all. I found out by basically finishing up all the main story.
-Animations, its the same animations you've seen with this type of 3d renders. so nothing new there. ( this is good and bad)

I think this game could of been really good if not for the clipping issues. Other people might be okay with it, but the vaginal clipping during penetration animations really bothers me. It's unfortunate because I really enjoyed how the characters looked, the context, and the overall design.

This is a Japanese type of game which can be pleasant for western audience too. Girls and animations are super quality work. Story and conversation style is very similar with manga's but in a good way. Sandbox part could be more fluent but its ok this way too.

So this review is a bit special. I played the game for a short time during v1.3, loved the game, and decided to stop playing to wait for more updates, with 1.7 being the place that I decided to start playing. The characters are well written and have great personalities, the gameplay and music choices are excellent and very relaxing. There is futa content for one of the characters, but it is 100% optional and that character also has an optional female route, great job.

Worth a playthrough. Keep up the great work.

Excellent and funny writing, a varity of different anime archtypes and frequent updates. What else could you want? It's that kind of game where i actually read the dialog and not just skip it cause the main protagonist is so damn witty.
