It's also why Battlefuck is so popular, but that has it's own hills and valleys. Karryn's Prison (Not BE but still top tier game, just got basically a Hyper Breasts DLC that still needs some kinks ironed out) does it REALLY well by making it a viable strategy, but others hardly reach that height, either just reducing to like, a singular "finisher", or it only being a reward/punishment for winning/losing respectively. The dissonance between porn and game goes all across the genres and kinks

Downside with Cowtastic Cafe is that it's got balance problems where unlocking more ingredients makes the game harder with almost no reward to balance it out. Also it's another one of those games where your eyes are locked on the gameplay so you don't lose, but all the lewd stuff is going on on in a different part of the screen, though that's probably fine here since speed isn't absolutely mandatory like I've seen with some games.

Focus on Bessie & Clarabelle
In this update, I focused on Bessie and Clarabelle’s storyline instead of progressing all stories at once. Here’s what to look forward to:

In this story arc, Bessie works to mend (or begin) her relationship with Clara, with your support! You’ll both explore Clara’s unique needs, leading to an unexpected sense of urgency and a significant gesture from Bessie.

there has been a lack of good new BE games... unfortunate.
Surprised I haven't seen any UnholY CreatioN games in here. I've only played Aikagura and Unholy Jail but both have BE. I've especially enjoyed Aikagura's BE and as a game in general. They are definitely not BE-centric games but it occurs during gameplay and has an effect on gameplay (albit only very slightly, I wish it was more) rather than just a one-off scene or bad end.
I haven't played Unholy Torturer but I've read it has some BE too. Will probably give it a try soon.
Honestly, Aikagura has great bones as a game and the BE assets are there. I think it would be a great candidate for an overhaul/difficulty mod like Mission Mermaiden got to put all the very minor and mostly inconsequential status affects to better use.

I'll check it out. I'm currently in looking for scraps mode in BE games so why not.
The dev's newest game, a TRPG, has BE in it too.

BTW for anyone that doesn't know. You can get some decent BE content from character AIs. Honestly pick any character and just push the story into BE with narration. My favorite site is JanitorAI right now.

I have been trying this but I constantly run into the issue that the AI is not very good at remembering how big her breasts are at any given moment.

if you have ML expertise, have got a juicy computer like a tinybox and get a good cutting-edge model to run on it, you can actually get very good results.
problem is this is not yet commercially viable so folks like us can just pay a reasonable price for, which means the ones we can afford are ass.
we'll probably have to wait a few more years for good models to get efficient enough to not require copious amounts of compute. just last week or so microsoft opensourced AFAIK the first 1-bit model, which drastically decreases compute requirements. progress is picking up steam fast in the field.
Even with good models, LLMs have a lot of issues with tracking statistics and understanding measurements or math. You can build support systems around them like memory or other systems that attempt to reinforce statistic tracking each query but even that isn't super reliable and depending on the model it will sometimes take some wild leaps or not understand sizes.
