I notice that Japanese BE works have this issue more than Western works. I especially see this in like drawn works.

It's all about experiencing the difference for me. I still haven't seen many games that do a great job of portraying the change, for me. Heavier and bigger, getting in the way and having to get new clothes, etc. Ironically, one of the games I think of in this respect is really going to age me - Bunny Must Die: Chelsea and the 7 Devils, getting bustier and more powerful, but slower. There are a few indie projects that make some attempt at capturing this aspect, like Fetish Master, and The Buxom mod for Slay the Spire. I'd really like an RPG someday that requires you to get new equipment to fit your size. I've toyed with twine a few times with this idea in mind over the years, but I think we've all had about enough of those. It's challenging to walk the line between inconvenience/annoyance and eroticism focusing on the drawbacks, but I feel like there's a lot of potential there.
The Milk Mod Economy & Milk Addict mods for Skyrim both add buffs/debuffs tied to having bigger bust size, not being milked recently, having your nipples hurt and such. But sadly, I think there's still a lot missing to make a BE focused Skyrim playthrough be immersive enough, and have meaningful story/progression. You're either just messing with lewd mods, or playing regular modded Skyrim with the occasional H-scene or milking. If I had free time and motivation, I'd working on solving that but... yeah
I did make a mod for Artificial Academy 2 a while back that was *technically* tied to leveling up but, that was just on the coding end. It was just the way I could keep track of bust size. A closer idea would probably be Omega Labyrinth? Though those games don't really have any nsfw in them.

Milk Mod Economy is very good, definitely worth a plug even after all these years. Also enjoyed Soul Gem Oven. I can say that adding the Buxom Wenches series of mods, ie replacing most humanoid enemies with all female, huge breasted versions, helps blend the two halves, but it still doesn't come together cohesively. And I am curious, which AA2 mod? I really enjoyed the lewd tattoos mod, I should revisit it. And Omega Labyrinth is another good shout out, but it can be grindy. If you enjoy Shiren the Wanderer gameplay, it's not half bad.
honestly this part is rarely done well in games but if you want this part you can use characterAI and just play around with BE elements.

I'm pretty experienced, you can look up my bots by my name on chub if you want, and for my personal enjoyment I still generate images. But it's hard to deny the quality of a hand-crafted game.
definitely not a replacement for actual games. But if does well for just getting your fill. Kind of like going to a shitty buffet.

There are even some attempts to merge AI generated pictures with AI chat, making a sort of improvised VN but they are mostly trash, which is sad because it's exactly what I want but AI ain't good enough to make it work just yet.
U have to visit a certain building in town, it has a swords and shield emblem on it. The moment you enter this building you will notice at the left top of your screen that it has the name: (Multipurpose Hall 1F) you have to speak to receptionist, go up into the left room, prob quit it once and then lay on a bed in that room.
Was there a lewd tattoo in AA2? I thought that was koikatsu. That mod was much better implemented than whatever I did in AA2 lol. It was all very handcrafted, but I preffer the artstyle of AA2 anyways so, there's benefits to both. I can try to find my post again if you want.

You're probably right that it was KK. Thanks for the link/quote, I'll take a look. So much wasted potential with Illusion games. I really liked the Artificial Girl series as well, finding the hidden sci-fi elements.
Sorry, it's been quite a long while since I've played Skyrim. If I go through it again I'll let you know. It's definitely not easy to tease everything out with like 7 base versions of the game and about a decade of community work.

Then, assuming iirc, just need to launch Bodyslide (through a mod manager is how I do it), point it in the right direction, click "build morphs" in the bottom left (which endows bodyslide with the power to make localized adjustments to the bodies of individual characters while the game is running, very important), then batch build everything.
Pretty sure this list was missing a few non-boob related requirements like SPID or something, but I believe in you.

I had a feeling this would be the key to their conundrum. Probably didn't build out the bodyslides for their armor sets. Also, I don't even have AE and I don't want to drop another $20 on a 15 year old game, so I'm probably not going to get back into this until it goes on sale or I have a small windfall. I haven't seen Morphology or Body Builders before.
This all really takes me back though, loved just roaming across The Reach in third person with some great skimpy armor, Lydia, an absurd bodyslide, and physics set to soft and heavy.
Don't get AE. it's confusing but basically, you can play the latest version of Skyrim without AE. Buying AE only gets you access to some kinda useless paid mods from the creation club. in terms of modding, when people talk about AE, they mean Skyrim SE version 1.6 and up.
As far as mods, to make MME work, you need Bodyslide to build the bodies and get the morphs to work. You need Sexlab & ZaZ Animation pack to make the H scenes work. You want FNIS or Nemesis to load the ZaZ animations in. If you have multiple mods that changes body sizes, then SLIF (SexLab Inflation Framework) is probably better to make it work. If you use 3BA, then you need a bit more fiddling to make the morphs work too.
Otherwise, you could download a Wabbajack Modpack like Nefaram or Masterstroke and potentially save a lot of trouble.

I've modded this game a good bit since, and currently have a modlist of my own working with over 750 mods, mostly around making the game prettier, harsher, lewder with a decent amount of mods that deals with sex, pregnancy & BE.
