Ended up settling on Honey Select, figured it would fit the tone and writing style better than Koikatsu. The main plot won't be providing Tolstoyan levels of complexity or intrigue, but it should serve it's purpose well enough.
The basic premise is that a mysterious virus has begun spreading amongst the female population of the local city, affecting their production of hormones. The aforementioned breast expansion will be one of the side-effects of the virus but other hormonal issues will come into play as well, such as height growth, hourglass expansion, and an increased libido. The virus will affect each character differently, as such not everyone will get taller or curvier but I can guarantee all of their tits will get bigger, with varying degrees of intensity. The protagonist will be the sole male in a family unit who will have to navigate the situation as his family progressively gets bigger, hornier, and less inhibited. Over time I plan to introduce new characters to the story but I'm aiming to keep the total cast list small, I don't want to start introducing 50+ characters only for them to get like one scene each and bloat the development. Especially considering this is my first project I want to keep things manageable and hopefully release a
relatively steady stream of content (skill and time permitting of course). Without further ado here are the three main women:
Victoria

The protagonists mother, she loves him in a way that only a mother could, unwaveringly and unconditionally. Even though she takes care of herself she tends to feel that her best years are behind her, not seeing the beauty she still has, and yearns for a man's touch again despite not having the confidence to actually seek it. Things start taking a turn once the virus begins to take hold, and she begins seeing her son in a way which she never thought possible, causing a sense of guilt in which she is unable to escape from. Soon the stirrings within become too much to handle and she'll show the protagonist a pleasure that only an experienced woman of her calibre is capable of, putting all of those years she spent sowing wild oats to good use.
Kacey

The "little" sister of the family, Kacey is a blonde bombshell with a libertine spirit and a flirtatious attitude. Standing a commanding 6'3, she towers over the other members of the family and enjoys playfully teasing them about their lack of stature, often making comments about how Victoria "saved all the height for her". It's all in good fun though, her good heart means she never intends to hurt her siblings with her comments and will always stick up for them when the going gets tough or apologize if she takes it too far. This teasing soon begins taking on a sexual undertone once the virus strikes, finding herself slowly losing what little inhibition she had in the first place, her libido growing as fast as her ever-lengthening and ever-expanding body.
Emma

The oldest sibling of the family, Emma has spent the last couple of years living in her sister's shadow, both literally and figuratively. The amount of times in which she was confused for the youngest was far too common and only compounded as time went on, leading to a deep sense of insecurity with her own body. As a result, she found herself withdrawing more and more from interactions, especially in public. This lack of social experience led to the development of a naïveté which betrayed her years, only further exasperating the issue, yet has let her maintain a level of innocence which would otherwise be lost. Upon being infected with the virus, Emma notices that a certain part of her is expanding far faster than her family members, becoming overjoyed at the prospect of finally being viewed as a woman. Over time, she will find a myriad of ways to employ her recent developments, discovering parts of herself she hadn't even considered beforehand, and she knows just the man to do it.
