Found it, its a bomb that you throw, one causes her to grow taller and another larger breast. Not sure what the third bomb does. Don't really recommend the game for BE since they only grow once and that is pretty much all the BE content.

That was a pretty good watch. I'm guessing even though it's supposed to be irreversible, next episode she'll be back to normal though :')
