That one is a fem mc and the enemies don't grow themselves, at least not as far as I got

game is okay, was disappointed in the level of growth as usual. you'd think games with ai art would be more able to go all out with transformation cgs but each of the blessing targets only have like 4 stages

Lost Game Request
Years ago (2020-22) I found a game on a discord server dedicated to breast expansion, it was mainly a vore + Absorption game But it had breast expansion and ass expansion contents.
I don't remember if the protagonist was male or female but it was certainly very flat and small.
It was definitely made in RPGM with 3D characters with medieval fantasy setting.
It had a strange name and I played it for a little while then I forgot the name and never found it again

, which has been in very slow development for over 5 years.It uses the RPGM engine, but the scenes are rendered. Vore-focused, albino main character can either eat the NPCs or offer to be their dinner. Progress is almost unnoticeable at first, as she gains very little chest circumference after absorption/digestion, unlike the NPCs, whose chests and rears grow tenfold after one victim, but MC's breasts can ultimately grow big enough to obscure most of her body.

Yes, she's the one that grows once. She goes from small (her vndb page) to the size seen in one of the previews, and from a quick glance it doesn't even seem to happen during one H-scene. Probably somewhere between the first and second H-scene. Probably not worth going through the VN but... I guess you can decide for yourself.
You can increase her max size above the in-game limit via memory editing software, it's a float (I think float32?) that goes from 0.0 to 100.0 and her breasts are visible fully up to ~220.0, then start looking glitchy where they connect to her chest above 2-3k. With some better modding tool you could probably move the camera to get a better view but I don't have any installed rn.
Won't be helpful to like 96% of people but I used gameconqueror on Linux, don't know what software can be trusted to use for this on Windows, probably best to look for something open source, and (while I don't have to worry about it since games I play can't even see what my wallpaper is) be careful installing any such software if you play games with anticheats.
