well I just finished the VN and this is a frustrating one. theres three characters Nozomi, Yui, and Sayo. despite you having options to picked the other girl's suggestions when the options pop up, you are still railroaded into having sex with Nozomi multiple times in the story before the game even bothers to let you interact with the other girls. on top of this you have to play from the beginning to make sure you pick Yui or Sayo's options in order for it to put you on their girlfriend path late into the story. you get about 3 sex scenes with Sayo and Yui and despite both of them having scenes where they have big boobs, the story does not even acknowledge the change in size. its only for one scene each too.

If I had to guess, the other two girls were last minute decisions and ultimately afterthoughts. I bet the scenes where Yui and Sayo have big tits are probably a result of them reusing scenes that would have gone to Nozomi. they just replaced the cheads and made just a few changes, since they're about the same size as Nozomi in those moments.

I used textractor. In this scene with Sayo heres a google mtl of it. Yu (not to be confused with the girl Yui) is the MC and Sayo is the girl in question. As you can see Yu comments on her worry, but mentions their size is big enough. (for context, between the three girl's Sayo has the smallest boobs. so him commenting on their size being big enough in relation to the complex she has doesn't really make sense when in this scene they are now huge, perhaps the biggest among the three at this point. I should also mention that its only this scene. the next sex scene her boobs are back to being "small" again.
