I know that this site primarily focused on games but since what I'm asking for what basically is a niche of niche I wouldn't mind if you'd all had any manga recommendations as well. I'm talking about breast expansion but without any "magic" or "psudo-magic". No fantastical or sf elements and no pills, injections or phone apps that make girls breasts grow in a second. I suppose that narrows it down to just breast surgery. Honestly, I don't know if something like this even exists at this point, but I guess I might asking here.
The closest thing to what I'm looking for is 306840 but the story of that one was a bit... cursed.

All I can add is that anal is big plus for me and I can only accept 3d games only if the models are really good. I've heard good things about lab rats, but screenshots were just off-putting for me. I guess Harem Hotel might be a minimum that I can be ok with.
