So far the main issue with the base game (without the cheat mod) is that there is an active incentive to not do the sole thing the game exists for - breed. Let me elaborate:
First of all, the pregnancy is an instant game over counter, immediately disincentivizing letting the monsters fuck the protag. While you are able to get rid of the timer by going to the tentacle chair (I'll get to that in a second), it DOESN'T reset the timer, meaning that if you got rid of pregnancy at 99% progression, the moment you're knocked up you're done for.
Second on the list, the global stackable willpower debuff from each orgasm, coupled with 0 willpower leading, again, to instant game over, means that after fucking a monster a couple of times you can get a gameover in the middle of the scene with another monster, without even getting to see the complete scene. This, in turn, disincentivizes trying out and checking out the monsters. I spent the majority of the gameplay having to actively avoid the monsters.
Third in the line is the classic resident evil-esque item economy, particularly the energy drinks (removing the post orgasm willpower debuff so you can fuck without immediate gameover) and the love potions (temporarily disabling orgasms, relevant to the tentacle chair the most). I've only managed to find a single energy drink on the entire map (not counting the 2 willpower buff items) and only two love potions. It is possible to dupe items due to the jankyness of save/load, but as this is not an indended behaviour, I'm not gonna take this into consideration. While this does reinforce the survival loop of conserving your items it is ill fit for a porn game - this is important distinction.
Fourth mention is the tentacle chair, which is your one and only way of removing the gameover counter that is pregnancy. It functions as a normal monster rape, meaning it makes the MC orgasm, with each orgasm stacking the already mentioned willpower debuff, and is capable of ending your game via full willpower drain. This, coupled with a long animation, means that love potion is required to use it, giving you only 2 realistic shots at removing the pregnancy counter, further disintentivizing you from letting it happen.
All of the above combined, it makes for a gameplay loop that actively punishes the player for trying to see the porn stuff happen, going in so far as to game over you in the middle of a sex animation. While there are plenty of scene on gameover oriented titles out there, they usually tend to at least play out the thing that gameover'd you to completion, sometimes continuing the scene until you choose to restart.
The current gameplay loop focuses too deep on recreating the standart survival horror (read, Resident Evil) mechanically that it forgets that it is a porn game and as it stands, offers zero reason to play it as a porn game. Unfortunately, while the porn aspect is somewhat okay, the gameplay loop is too barebones to offer any satisfaction, which makes it seem like the developer is prioritizing the wrong thing.
In my humble opinion it is a bad idea to lean into design philosophy that actively punishes player for seeking out the content the game concept seems to stem from, and this is something that has to be taken into consideration by the developer.
