Hello! I was working on a superhero text-based game that changed so much that I decided to make a new thread about it. Basically, I went from a free-roam simulator to something a lot more focused on one central plot.

Story:

You take on the role of a (small or big) teenager (He is 18. Yes, high school lasts until 21 in this setting because of reasons) who gets beaten every single day by a group of female bullies in a world filled with superpowers. The last one was particularly brutal and left the boy on the brink of death, but then a strange entity extended its helping hand. This is the Beast, a cosmic horror that wields the power of the animal kingdom. The goal of the game is to create your pack, unlock more powers, and get revenge on the bullies.

Gameplay:

The gameplay loop is simple. You go to events (training, sex, fights, etc.) and make rolls on those events (for example, you roll unarmed combat if you get into a melee fight), and then when the event ends (if you survive), you gain a perk point. Then, with the perk point, you can go to a perk tree like the wolf perk tree (different aspects have different perks), and those perks will give you a bonus to pass rolls of events.

Some events will give specific perk points for that event. For example, your biomancer waifu can decide to go elbow-deep in your torso and give you a special spine that increases your durability.

As a small detail, each time you get a perk, you will get a small scene where it is narrated how you got that power and how it works.

Lots of updates. The introduction is done, as are the 17 initial perks. In this small sample, you will see the main bully group as well as the event where you unlock one of the types of necromancy in the game.

This week's update is not big; on the contrary, it is really small. I did part of the first event with Amy (the biomancer girl) and Fio. I only added a titjob from the angel if you do certain things during the dialogue with her. I know that AI CG is not the best, and there is little to no consistency, but it is better than nothing or even stuff like DAZ3D.

Ok, so I had some health issues related to not-so-fresh lettuce, so I will have to move the first release to November for now. I may move it back to October, but I cannot promise it. Anyway, Amy's first chapter is done, and you can choose if you want to cuck Fio or not (one of the bullies is her girlfriend or friend).

So now let's talk about why everybody is here: breeding! Yes, that is a central topic of the game; it is not optional, and you will put a kid into each female character of the game. The important part is how you will do that.

In general, there are two routes. The first one and most common is the love one; it is just standard romance stuff and fluff when you get the girl pregnant halfway in, and then the rest of the story is about that. The growing of the belly, prego fucking, eventual birth, and rebreeding. Wholesome fun for all the family! (Well, you also need to deal with the horrors of the city in the meantime, but that is another topic.) The main joke about this is that I hate when a game's end goal is getting the girl pregnant and you cannot have fun after that, is like ending the romance after the first kiss. In this game, you will have the joy of turning a gal into a milf and then fucking that milf.

So, let's talk about the other route, the corruption route. You may expect that it is turning the girl into a cock-hungry slut, but jokes on you: women in this setting are all extremely horny so that is almost part of the vanilla route. On this route, you better prepare for many “why boner” moments since you are corrupting girls with the eldritch power of a cosmic god. Basically, your cum kind of works like the blood in Bloodborne. It all starts with impregnation; in this route, it will be the first thing that happens. Once the girl is pregnant, thanks to the unholy union of blood (since the baby is the union between her body and The Beast), her body, mind, and soul will begin to change and grow into horrible monsters . . . furries. Is furrification obligatory? No, it is not; it is just a visual change, so you can opt out of that.

As the pregnancy progresses and they get cum inside over and over from each possible hole and even some new ones, they will become Lovecraftian animal horrors, and the sex scene will become weird. For example, Amy on the corruption route will open your chest while riding your cock and then exchange her heart with yours in some sort of horrible biomancer ritual/marrying ceremony. Or fucking over the corpse of an eldritch monster with Tay (the super sentai bug girl) after killing it. Don't worry, there will be no scat, piss play, or even having your backdoor fucked by some tentacle or cock.

Okay, this update has some meat on it. Basically, I added a gym and the ability to train karate, plus your first “fight”. In the process, I added two muscle mommies: Brandi and her adoptive daughter Casey. No sex with them yet; just some ass-grabbing with Casey if you win and go the corruption route with her.

Also, I have finally decided to delay the proper release to the next month to add more meat to these bones since I don't think I have enough stuff to even do a close beta.

The next batch of updates will add more breedable characters. At least three schoolmates and a proper superfight with a bunch of monsters where you can finally use necromancy or other fun stuff.

So, big new updates are coming sooner rather than later. I worked a little more on the character customization, and I created a secondary panel that allows you to change your Beast form. This way, you can decide how furry you want to be and what animal parts you want. To get new parts, you need to unlock more perks from Aspects.

The new menu allows you to do stuff like stay 100% werewolf even if you get power from other Aspects, like the fire from the horse Aspect.








Now, while working on this, I managed to make a new dialogue system that would allow me to implement a futanari MC relatively easily. HOWEVER, this option will not give you a pussy (so you cannot get pregnant) or create futanari girls for you to fuck. This would only give the option to be a chick with a dick instead of a boy.

I will make a pool to see how many people are interested in that idea, and if enough people want it, I will implement it. Remember! This will take time from developing other stuff—not much, but still time. And before you think that this is feature creep, remember that this is just changing pronouns and words like a boy for a girl, nothing else. What about tits? Girls will ogle at your massive pectorals if you are male or your massive tits if you are female.

All this is in favor of one of the goals of the game: to allow you to craft your perfect Breeder Beast to impregnate lots and lots of girls. I will add girls from other settings in the future, like “Totally Not Gwen Stacy,” which is on the cover, and more, but this will take time.

So, not a lot of fancies updates this week. I'm just squashing bugs and working on the new dialogue UI. It no longer looks like a game made in some obscure Russian game engine that needs you to install 5 dependencies (1 being a crypto miner for some reason). Since you will be staring at this screen 90% of your time in the game I supposed that it should look at least decent.

So, game development while having a full-time job is really hard! Who would have thought that?! Anyway, I decided to take a step back and polish and test the stuff I have done instead of just adding more content. I had the feeling while testing the game that it was not that fun. I mean, it could be because of my bias, having made the whole thing from scratch and knowing each nook and cranny. My mind is wandering to the dangerous place of rework and feature creep, thinking of adding more customizable options, different starts, customizable NPC, etc. Anyway, nobody is screaming to have the game released in Alpha yet. Big updates! Futanari is fully implemented, as is the new city map UI, and I drew some pixel art to give the menus more personality. However, I did a round of private testing, and with the feedback I got, I came to a conclusion. The story needs major rewrites, mostly fixing POV issues to make the player more immersive in the game. Basically, the concept is that when you are with a girl, you are in her POV, making the impact of the stuff you do more rewarding. This, however, will change the public release date to "when is done".
