I would add or just mention myself Karryn's Prison if modded. There's a mod (buried in the comments, but it's updated still and works well while adding visuals, changes to the UI etc, integrated into the game system. I assume it's found on their discord since it's really well done) that adds cycle, condoms (and how they're managed in-game), statuses, proper visuals (with some hiccups, I noticed 1 visual error in one scene last I played) etc. Without that specific mod there's none of that but with it it's better than 90% of games that have pregnancy as a core mechanic.
Another game that came to mind is a remake of a Liz -The Tower and the Grimoire-. Pretty much an overhaul by some guy that adds preggo mechanics to that game. Pretty good, the base game by itself was already decent.
Oh and Lisette, Priestess of Spring Pregnancy. A good game, just your typical adventure RPGM, but with breastfeeding, farming on the side (so that you can eat good food and grow a big strong baby, it actually matters) etc.
