Click Skills on the bottom left then click skills tap and click perks to get perks for your level
Sadly it does not affect story NPCs. But yeah you can turn off basically any sex action you don't want to have show up. I have noticed one thing though in that NPCs don't appear to get the wants to be bred fetish only the wants to breed one. Seems to be a PC only one. Unsure if that's intended.

Oh, so that's why i can't pick any perk. I played on the game website and this button (alongside rollback and DG) simply doesn't show to me.
You need to level up on a given tree, i.e you need to fight enough to get a fighting perk.

Problem is that this kind of story can't be told in a mainstream video game, it touch too many mental and political subject to ever be acceptable by prudish moral compass.
It's a promising basis for a game. The writing could use another pass or two or three, but it's an otherwise fresh take on this CoC-based sub genre. The paperdolls and the accompanying animations do add a lot to the experience.

Is Tavi's fight impossible to win? I'm not into being some random cunt's bitch so I'm curious if my constant attempts at winning are worth it.
after unlocking some good combat perks and getting some buffs and becoming higher level yes every fight is winnable including tavi's. in fact, even if you lose, later you can attack her again if you want.

even though most of the rapes are avoidable. it still should have a rape tag. you can clearly rape others and sometimes even they rape you.
Inmates generally leave you alone unless you have exposure levels(I think they can still attack you without any but its a very low chance without exposure). However, you can look for a fight too by clicking the me button and then look for trouble. You can increase your exposure by removing clothing or walking around with cum on you.

I can click on the link in the top left but that's it otherwise it's just this, it doesn't move past this no matter how long I wait the only thing I can click is the Subscribestar link in the top left nothing else not new game, load save nothing. I'm on the windows version.

bug:
sometimes Loading manually (not quickload) doesn't work. first it occurred when i had at least 10 save slots... then if the names were too long... then idk it just doesn't work i have to keep removing saves and save it in a different folder if i want to check different paths later. so idk the exact problem why Load doesn't work, but every time i try to manually load back an old save during a "decision" it brings me to the first scene of the game. the very beginning where you have to give your name. im on windows.
