Notice it's a BETA, it's changed to Ren'Py v8.1.1 as well, and more changes...

It's missing most of Chapter 1 as it's not done yet, it's a BETA, and full version will have Chapter 1 complete with it.Yes chap. 3 out but is beta... so prolly gonna have to wait for final before doing a mod???

Yea, personally I wouldn't update the mod until Chapter 3 is released fully, as you'll only end up redoing it because of the remake.
it's beta version , not official one , walkthroughs are usually updated when the official version is released which it hasn't been yet , still says beta in the VN page .
