is the art for this game ripped from other games? the girls don't really match in style and the MC seems to look different in every CG.

I doubt it. Marble Syrup were caught doing just that with the first edition of the game Re:Maid and the controversy caused them to go out and commission original art to reissue the game. They now make so much money and haven't released any product in over a year so they can afford to commission original art. Now, their last game Nympho Waifu actually did reuse art from another game but they were upfront about it and got permission from the artist before they did so.
