We get to restart on Firefox, since the previous game is attatched to Chrome I am guessing?
Ah well I will experiment with this to see if we have a reocurence.

Game is still a WIP. A lot of systems are still turned off and or being added before game leaves Alpha. Westane was hoping to keep this out of F95 until then but someone jumped the gun. Just remain patient.
Doesn't really matter but if one browser is basically locking up and crashing the entire browser, I'd try anything else. Opera, Microsoft Edge, or Chrome if it's Firefox that's the problem.
I mean its the very first version. Usually those games are more of a proof of concept than anything else. There is a decent amount here though for a first draft.

Yeah. Westane announced this and that The Company was on hiatus on the same day just so it didn't come off that the future was failed promises and what if's. It's getting there but I think April will be the first actual beta released and everything is compiled within
Yeah, I understand it's really early stage of development, but if you remove the ridiculous grind, there's like 10 minutes of gameplay

The new Talk system was added in Saturday's test release. That should help add content pretty much to every corner. The 3 new Dungeons will also push the story forward.
Luckily, the next planned update is character scenes. Alpha is getting there but it'll be night and day once it finally reaches beta

General Updates
- It is highly recommended you start a new game, as the new system updates in 0.1.1 will almost definitely break existing saves
- Combat has received a complete overhaul!
- You'll now bring a full party of up to 3 characters into battle
- Enemies also come in packs now, making combat encounters more dangerous
- Characters all have a (mostly) unique ability to use in combat
- Single combat encounters have been replaces with Dungeons
- Entering a dungeon has a stamina cost equal to 2 times the number of floors in the dungeon
- Dungeons have multiple floors with various encounters
- A dungeon must be completed or safely exited to keep all acquired loot and gold
- Some dungeons have treasure chests!
- There are currently 3 dungeons in the game:
- Light Woods - Can be found in the forest, providing a fairly easy early game experience
- Banding Camp - Can be found on the way to the village, featuring slightly tougher enemies
- Forest Keep - Unlocked after clearing the Light Woods. A full party is recommended for the first "real" dungeon in the game!
- Added an NPC dialogue system to the game
- NPCs in the area you're in are now reflected in game, adding much needed immersion
- NPCs can be interacted with for simple dialogue
- Currently, this is only set up for Reena in your home
- Iron Ore is now obtainable in the Forest Keep
- Completing the Forest Keep also adds Iron Ore to the general store for purchase
- Stamina costs have been removed from most travel for the time being
- Samuel will now visit on Sundays to collect taxes
- New backgrounds have been added for several scenes
- Character creation has been adjusted, now allowing for portrait selection
- [Forest Keep Boss] is missing images in the brothel

I need a bit more context?
Are you loading an older save?
Are you trying to save the game at all?
Are you modding or changing variables?
Or are you only starting a new game and after a few screens, you get these errors?

fresh install fresh start happens when going to sleep for the first time (i always start fresh on updates no matter what game i play, not modding didnt save yet was gonna wait till after the door was fixed

Try it again from the new link in the Patreon Post. Westane didn't test this on anything but Safari so there was a weird error with checking save titles.
It should be working now.

Is there enough art for all the scenes in each style now? When I played before I picked live action but it was mixing in a lot of anime stuff too.
