I believe sanity only comes into play when you unlock the evil rituals at the farm. The slave you pick to be the conduit will lose some sanity, and becomes broken if you overdo it.

So your slave's sanity is like your budget for using those rituals, it doesn't seem to matter otherwise.

A MOD I'D LIKE TO SEE:

Adjustment of the farm where you can choose how many places there are for each option. I have a lot more pictures of girls for "beast" and "monster" than I do for "machine" so I'd love it if I could decide how each room is designated.

I hope the developer doesn't mind but I'm keen to turn some of the random encounters from animated to 'real porn' pics and videos. I figure that, as the game can display both pictures and .webm videos from the girl packs, it should be possible to randomly select either for the city encounters too. However, I know next to nothing about RenPy programming so maybe (for some reason) that isn't possible.

If it is though, can anyone please tell me what I'd need to put instead of (for example) -

$ p = rand_choice(encounter_pics["cat_found"])

So that it would either show a picture or play a video?

Does anyone know how to get the void ninja? I think I failed the magic U thing but I don't know where to try again or to hunt for the void ninja because the hunt button isn't appearing anywhere. I don't want to skip the story because then it will just bug me more

How do you recruit (capture) the various Kunoichi? I've managed the fire, but am struggling with the others.

First, you need that old man to prepare prisons for all three (old man in docks gives the quests for them). Then, ask the NPCs for hints on the kunoichi.
To unlock the "good" path for each one, you just have to collect 3 hints, then complete an additional sidequest.
But, there's also a 4th hint where one of the NPCs wants to sell you a rune (void, fire, or water). If you buy that and have it in your inventory, you can ask Shizune to just find the kunoichi in town, then win the whack-a-mole minigame for the 3rd time and capture her.

For some reason, I can't get the option to come up to search for the earth kunoichi. There's a choice to try, but the hunting missions never appear.
I've captured the water kunoichi, but then she escapes the cell after a couple days to "never be seen again".

I assume I'm doing something wrong, or haven't prepared sufficiently?

The game has become extremely laggy for me. IDK if it's a mod I downloaded or what. I've even deleted my girl folders to a 50% and still really slow

But where/when do you find that old man? Do you need to have started the hunt already? Is there requirement? I can not find any new NPC in docks. I am at the point where I have just learned about the other Kunoichi and can start searching for them now.
