If you did want to combine two packs "quick and dirty," that would work, with a directory structure like you have (with "girl/" substituted, of course).
Leortha's comments on why this is not a great idea are valid.
To avoid one conflict, I would copy or move a _BK.ini file to the top-level folder for the girl, above her subfolders, so it should be selected for name & characteristics.
And for the Required patch, unzip it so it overwrites the files in the folder named "game/" under the install folder.

But if theres one (minor) flaw that stands out on my new playthrough, it's the rival idiot brothel owner who sometimes parades his latest conquest...
Mostly okay, but one of the events shows water being poured. A sound effect more than 4 seconds would be very excessive, i checked the files and it's 11 seconds long...
We're talking magnitudes too long here...

I've replaced every sound file with a silent one, sound engine here is just weird in general, some of the music in this game still haunts me to this day.

Well if you are saying the event where Kosmo hair catch on fire, then yeah it's water in a form but not really "pure" water.
(The MC is peeing on Kosmo hair)

You are good to go, just convert pics to webp for reduced size. For BK.ini believe tagging tool can generate you one.
Y sry for taking a bit i can only agree with nahitsnotimportant the packs seem good. I only noticed two things: 1.) you have 4 untagged vids but i assume you just weren´t sure where to put them yet. 2.) you were talking about personality files but there was only one pack with a bk file (which works fine) not sure if you just forgot to add the other ones or just haven´t created them yet

If you are using the lastest Picture Namer for BK then there is an option with wich you can create a _BK.ini file for the pack. (see pic)

Been a while since I've played this game. as such i decided to do a clean reinstall including girl packs and mods. tho i managed to get the game running mostly, it took multiple tries to actually get it running. I've added a traceback file for review

does anyone know how caster (traitking) interacts with half shift? does the girl still cast the shield?
