You Heirs are the babies born to your wife's. By now you should have 2 wife's.

The babies born from your working girls only count for the numbers and nothing else.
Use the tutorials on the computer to help you with moving up and so on.

I appreciate that you took the time to give a response, but you answered an "A or B" question with "no" and "that" so I'm still confused what the content is

You get them pregnant and they no longer work while they grow bigger bellies over time but you can still visit them and see there bellies grow over time.
The babies count for the over all numbers but you will never see them.
Only the wives babies have some content in the game.

Just a question though how often does this game release an update. Really love it. Only issue the latest version had for me is going up to A rank with choosing troupe leader. I guess its a hit and miss for some peeps. Luckily I saved on the bidding event and accepted the offer of the witch so I easily got A rank. I promptly stopped once I got the new animations and will patiently wait for the A rank anims from Hannah to the Doctor. I really liked the Pianist tbh.

None of the Supposed "Girls that is Rank B progress towards A, It never Occerure for me..how long does it take for it to pop up? 2 weeks? 4 weeks? what?? Would like if all the girls currently u have in your "Harem" Could have rooms..got 9 vacant rooms for use..so whats the point??

You need to unlock a specialization to progress to Rank A training, if I remember correctly. There are earlier posts explaining how to do that.

However, given how many people seem to be confused about this, it'd be a good idea for the dev to implement a better "quest" system in game.
