use the brothles to get money that is more substantial, note that arcades are only usuable by disobedient slaves, and private rooms are onyl avalible to obidient ones
apartments are for citizens you will get messages saying"need more poor quarters" and the like, jsut buil some moe if that happens, raise the apeal to increace the ratio of rich fucks - poor plebs
the suite is where you have your personal harem of slaves, dacing increaces reputation, i think orgy beds also work, note both of these require obedient slaves, you will need hangers or torture hangers for slaves, there is a couple of per buildings for the suite as well.
the militery is how you get power to overthrow planets, entire systems, and other corporations
the spa is used to turn disobedient slabes obideint, please note that insale slaves, not in fear but as a atribute? cannot gain any obedience and will remain at 0 forever, so dont put the sensory noise implant in slaves you like/want
the areana is a new thing that i never experimented much, but you can earna bit of cash from it.
