I am looking for a game from 3 -4 years back.

It's about a brother sister living alone in a house.

I think mom eventually comes back.

I think they were twins.

I also remember the brother would watch movies with sister, would train in the basement with her so she ends up losing weight.

It was a grinding game.

Eventually you would move out and the sister could get pregnant.
