I've recently played a game where you start off as a brother in a house with your sister. You could click to go to each room and had choices to make about how you interacted with your sister.
It was a ren'py game and one of the first choices you make is to buy your sister a bikini as she's too shy to go in the pool with the one she's got. You also help her study etc to improve your relationship. There was also a bit related to watching a movie..you could interfere with the electrics etc in the basement too.
The girl had dark hair and looked very similar to the girl in defending Lydia collier.
