BDX has its own discord with instructions. I don't know if just any BepinEx will work, but they have provided a configured bepinex on their discord for you to use as well as detailed instructions on downloading/installing, updating, and uninstalling.

Edit: The BDx provided here is already out of date. I recommend joining the discord to get the latest BDX when it releases. You need to get a new one with every game update.
