It for pc u should replace these files into C:\Users\(yourusername)\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\Gamfs_BrownDust II if u install browndust 2 in C drive. If u install browndust 2 in other drive u should find Gamfs_BrownDust II folder and replace those files

They are for PC, it's just that the modding tool deliberately doesn't edit the collab characters to keep eyes off the modding scene. The worry is that if collab characters are modded in an organized way it'll worry the collab partners which will cause Neowiz to crack down on modding.

As the guy above said, you can still mod them but you have to replace the Appdata manually instead of using the mod loader
