The 3 screenshots are from the Gluty Diner/gluty phone dating-sim portion of the game, that you eventually unlock. The particular scenes just have to be "opened/unlocked" for the characters. The zenith skin is a Prestige skin that you have to buy through the cash store. The Eclipse bunny skin you just need to get a +0 copy of in game.

Just a tool to compress the modded files to decrease performance impact to the game.

But it'll takes more time to repack.

As long as it's just cosmetic mods (like these ones on this site) it's all safe. They mostly ban people that use cheats.
