Others BSOD after game install

I installed a game according to OP instructions, and now my PC won't boot. Tried DISM and CHKDSK, both failed. Will not boot into safe mode. Any suggestions? It's the latest Win 10 insider build. I can give more details just don't know which direction to go.

The game I was installing was Itazura Gokuaku.
