TL;DR : huge waste of time.
Gameplay:
This "game" is sort of resources management. You start by collecting resources, then turn resources into food, then you exchange food for crystals and then you exchange crystals for pieces of puzzles. Earn enough pieces of puzzles and you get new girl or unlock new animation for each girl. Basically it's overly complicated system to see boobs.
There is no character development, there is no maid training. You only manage items and then see new animations.
Biggest problem with the game is the fact, that its MASSIVE grind fest. You dont simply collect resources, food or pieces of puzzle - everything is decided by RNG (random number generator) .
Basically its wheel of fortune - you start it and after some time you get something (you CANT SKIP animation). Waste of time.
Art:
There are 6 girls in game and each girl has 4 animations. Unfortunately 1st and 2nd animation for each girl is something boring like patting the head. Amount of porno content is too low.
At least girls are cute.
To sum it up:
I would rate this 0/5 ("ABSOLUTE HELL") but then I noticed there is a cheat button to get unlimited crystals. After that you skip majority of grind. So I guess it deserves 1/5 ("terrible").
This is waste of time. If you want to play a game then search for something else, if you want to see boobs then search for some image gallery.
