Also forgot to mention Parasite Infection. I like it a lot, except for the whole brain fucking thing and the MtF bullshit, but that's obviously optional.

The one game that instantly comes to mind and is translated is Rain's Rave:
heavily focused on tentacles, egg laying, insects.
And if you can see yourself playing a text only game, the good old Corruption of Champions, short CoC would work perfectly.

Now there might be a few more translated ones out there, which I cant remember right now, but as you might have noticed already, what you are looking for is kinda rare in the western industry. If you are up for playing untranslated japanese games or can use a machine translator, then there would be quite a lot more available. Some might not even be too bad untranslated, for example platformer games.
Edit: Just remembered another one that could fit, name is Cursed Armor
