Giving +1 star because it's early days in the game AND I haven't played it much yet. Will update later, unless I don't.
I'd say this is pre-Alpha. I would not recommend people playing it for fun at this point.
World feel: Still feels a little empty. Needs more unimportant NPCs you can talk to.
Gameplay balance: Pretty tough, but not impossible at start. Encounter strength scales with your level (mobs are from TWO less your level to TWO more). I don't like scaling strength games, but they can be OK. However this game also has rapidly respawning enemies, low cash, poor drops. I would say it's impossible to play out current content without cheating or inhuman patience.
Map design: The first area with hostiles is very tight - hard to dodge past mobs and easy to get trapped. I wouldn't say this is bad as such, more a question of taste.
Quests: A little easy to get lost on what the next step is to do and where. I never did find Alexa.
