It's not. It's a few minutes of content, and he delayed the next patch 3 days after he said he'd release it "to work on one path at a time and not stress himself". He's used that excuse in both of his other games too. it's exactly what happened the last time, where he'd talk about not stressing, and make new patches without releasing any actual content.
