I'm not trying to debate homosexual content thing because that was not my main point.
It's that when sequel change so differently from the original; it always pisses people off.
That's what spinoffs are for, which this game was originally supposed to be.
You can make art in private for yourself, the dev shared it on the Internet so I am allowed to scrutinize it
So the game was free and yet you criticize them for not considering the "sales" that they are missing.

Also, you're free to criticize something for whatever reason.
But you're also allowed to be criticized for thinking it has to be catered to you, specifically.
Which, to be clear, is what you're doing. You're not complaining about quality, you're complaining about not being the sole target demographic. You're not even complaining about it being "forced" on the player, you're objecting to it being included
at all.
The dev made a choice to include it, either for their personal interest or by request (probably the former considering Bunnygotchi had gay stuff).
You are essentially coming to an open party where they're serving ham sandwiches and turkey sandwiches and complaining that you only wanted ham sandwiches, but now there's turkey around, and it ruins the whole thing.
No one invited you. You can always just leave.
