Some quick notes on the games included in that update:

Eternum:
PLEASE play this in the meantime. My review for Eternum is going to be ridiculously long- just in short the game's humor, art, and plot are ALL top tier, and I love how you ACTUALLY care for everyone in the story. The MC isn't a blank slate, which might not appeal to some, but I personally love it.
his design gets better as the game goes on, don't get thrown off by the initial look

MAOUISHO:
I think I need to FULLY finish this game before I put it in god tier (every game in god tier needs to at least make me cry of happiness once!), but I love the comfy feels and sweet plot! No unwholesomeness to be found here <3

Fall In Labyrinth:
Gameplay wise it's super fun! I really like rpg maker games, and the plot is nice; however the romance is.. okay at best. I think.. I dunno, I could put it in high tier, but there's a bit of dub-con if you choose to push the relationships too early- combine this with the mediocre romance and it's a safe mid tier.

My Unusual Feline Friend:
Uhh.. way too short to be considered a game. I'll just put this in mid tier with the sex simulator tag- romance exists but it's super short and doesn't have too much payoff

BLACK SOULS:
erm.. this is not going on my list
whoever keeps recommending this to me, you already know my hearts too fragile to play this!

Mhm. I can't imagine how Luna, Nova or Annie would feel if we were to reject them. Annie has had a crush on Orion for quite the time, and both Nova and Luna were basically alone until they met him. Certainly the other girls would be hurt too, I think the only one who wouldn't be that sad would be Nancy; but considering she is the one to propose the harem, perhaps I am wrong.

Annie has had a crush on Orion since forever, he's the only reason Luna and Nova have friends, and also the only person in Alex's life who didn't try to get close to her because she was rich. He's one of the few men who can help Penelope do her shoots without being a pervert (which is shocking, because let's be honest he's quite the horny guy) and he's a source of confidence for Dalia.

Aside from Nancy and Calypso, he's pretty important in everyone's lives; and that is a problem unless you go harem. And the options to not go harem are usually not very nice things to do.

I must also say that the options to stay on someone's path are... pretty horny. Did you know that Calypso has a path? And did you know that you lose it if you don't ask to see her naked after she takes a bath?

Fair enough, she's usually the one saving you anyway. I just brought that up because that's pretty late in the game so it's what I remember.

And yeah... Wanted to be nice and help Nova? Whoops, some sicko with a thing for watching is making her suck you off. Wanted to comfort Dalia? You bring up a bet you made as a joke and she ends up sucking you off. Wanted to bring some gifts for Alex because she's sick? You end up not being able to walk properly. Trying to help Nova solve a mystery? She's cloned herself and one clone is trying to get you to screw her. Actually paid attention to what Luna said? You end up comforting her... and she sucks you off. Wanted to help Penelope with a photoshoot? You're almost caught screwing her. Wanted to not be rude and accept an invitation to the baths by the Empress? It's actually Nancy and you almost end up screwing her.

... Huh. It sort of sounds like I hate the game. That's not true, I just hate that I can't be nice and not screw someone at the same time. It's all or nothing, and quite frankly, I'd hate to leave anyone with nothing.

Anyhow, my favorite from this list so far has been Bottle Biosphere. And it certainly matches what you're looking for, so I suggest you check it out.

I'm.. surprised I've never seen your list before. I specifically checked for the keyword "wholesome" and "vanilla", and nothing ever came up.
Anyways, essentially all of my cohab games are single LI, because that's kind of the definition of them.

Glad you dig Eternum so much, and that I correctly sorta anticipated 1 thing you ended up liking less about the game. I recommend giving other routes a chance later btw, I especially recommend Luna's arc. It's a wholesome romantic 1 with a very sad backstory.

Despite my constant grievances about it- I am infact playing mostly harem.
I just.. i can't reject anyone even though I want to, and i feel so bad for Annie (and everyone else)
