Overview:
You awake from an accident to find that you can see small glowing discs appearing on the woman around you. You soon realise that these 'buttons' are the manifestations of their desires, kinks and sexual curiosity. And that you can activate them.

In this crowdsourced visual novel, the main components and content are decided by you, the F95ZONE member.​

Hello all,

I’d like to start a little project in building a game via crowdsourcing here on F95.

This post will occasionally be updated as the project develops

Synopsis
We join you (male) as you leave a club, having consumed your weight in drink and multiple substances. Of course you don’t see the car coming and wake some time later in hospital.
In your hazy state you see that some of the female staff have glowing disc-like tattoos. When questioned they haven’t a clue what you’re talking about, until you decide to touch one.

Gameplay
You soon discover that touching these ‘buttons’ causes the girl to act sexually, in specific ways to the button pressed.
There are different reasons for the button being available and they’re very matter of fact about the act it initiates. However moving beyond the act can cause a negative reaction (depending on your relationship).
For instance, they may let you grope their breasts. You may even tweak their nipples, but licking them is a step too far.

Repeated button pushing will expand what you can do in that act or reveal more buttons. Buttons can also be unlocked as the relationship develops.
Unfortunately you have no idea what a new button will do before you press it. And buttons may already be available, but in places that you can’t easily see or reach.

Development
This will be a slow-burn project, as deciding the initial set-up will itself take a fair time (lots of polls). This excludes writing, coding, asset production and testing in my spare time.
So set your expectations to their lowest setting, but let’s see what kind of fresh hell we can unleash on the Ren’Py adult gaming community.

Yep, it’ll be built using Ren’Py and there will be other aspects that I’ll decide and manage. This is just so that it doesn’t spiral out of control, either in scope or production.

Voting
We'll use Google Forms to vote on content. This is completely anonymous. Voting results can be seen at the top of this post.

  • NTR was included in an early poll and had zero votes. Coupled with the voting down of cucking other men and MMF content, we can safely assume it's now on the 'No' list.

GAMEPLAY SPOILERS AHEAD!

What are the buttons?

• The buttons are a manifestation of the girls desires, kinks, sexual curiosity or plain old horniness
• You might be able to trigger them to appear and increase their scope, but the button's actions are defined by the girl. For example, pressing a lesbian's button isn't going to make her want cock
• When a new button appears, it's titled 'unknown'. Pressing it then gives it a title related to the act it triggered. This title may evolve the more you press the button

How do the buttons work?

• A button might appear from a simple comment or look, or a steady wooing or corruption of a girl. It depends on how the girl is feeling. Sometimes a button appearing has nothing to do with you, but you can still press it (if you can find it).
• Pressing the button immediately causes the girl to act on her desire. She may also dismiss how you pressed the button (e.g. touching her breast), but not always.
• Once a button is pressed, the girl treats the act as a normal everyday occurrence. For example, to your mom, grabbing her tits is like you picking lint from her top. They're not mindless sex robots though, so circumstances can change their reaction, for good or bad. You also cannot step outside of what the girls perceive to be OK, so grabbing her tits won't lead to a boob job.
• Use of the buttons changes the girl's perception and feelings towards you. Repeated use of the buttons not only speeds up these changes, but also the act's intensity. For example, a button causes a girl to kiss you. A few more presses and she's frenching. A few more and she will passionately eat your face without the need for the button.

Oh no! I didn't want that to happen when I pressed the button!

• It'll be a short VN for you, but if you're not interested in the character, or her buttons, don't interact with her or them
• Some characters can be removed from your story completely, and there will be an obvious choice when you can do that

But I'm into the girl, not her kink!

• There are two possible 'stop' phases for buttons. A normal stop and a hard stop
• The normal stop is where you're just not into it and want to try something else. So, when you press a button for the first time, you'll be able to stop the act. But after that, no more stop option. You'll now know what the button does and next time it's up to you whether to press it or not
• A hard stop is a permanent stop and reserved for certain kinks and fetishes. For example, you really like the girl and her blowjobs, but she wants the dog to join in. When first encountering this you can permanently stop her bringing it into your relationship. This is irreversible and you won't see any buttons, storylines or actions connected to the fetish you've stopped
• When a hard stop is available, you'll also find a normal stop. So you can stop the act for now, but keep the fetish

Let's see how it all goes. It may soar like a sexual Tyrannosaurus on Viagra, or flop like a budgie on meth. It's all fun and games!

I think the MC poll has run its course and the results are:

Visuals will be a mix of 1st and 3rd PoV. The MC is around college age, single and his face won't be shown.

It's likely more adult content polls will be run, but these should be enough to begin with.

Fear not, in the game, the majority of content will be avoidable. You press the button, so you're able to stop the action that you've started. No one's going to pee on you unless you want it.
Well, most times. It may be that you've triggered a lesbian action and then it'll depend on your relationship and circumstances whether you can stop the action (As it won't involve you. Because you're a man. Not a lesbian).

The art is very much a work-in-progress. So you may see changes in the final work, though I'll stay faithful to the general features and type.

I think elements of the form are automatically translated, based on your locale (buttons, some default text). However I don't think my copy is.
If it is, then it's a pleasant surprise and likely based on your language settings?
