Recommend you to try twisted memories by baibai, it suits all your requirement:
1, Good story and render
2, Develop in renpy
3, Character build in hs2
Although it contains some loli content(Two out of twelve Li), it can disable the contents in game, strongly recommend this game to you.

I’ve made some changes to the game cards:
  • I’ve kept only the banner, the girls, and the approximate playtime.
  • I’ve removed the MC and moved the game tags to the top of the post.
  • I’ve slightly redesigned the girls cards so they stand out more.
  • I’ve added the game status, which can now be:
    1. Active → the game is currently in development.
    2. On Hold → the game has been paused by the dev or there’s been no news for a while.
    3. Abandoned → the game has been left by the developer.
Finally, I’ve added some new tags. Here’s the full list:
Action - Adventure - BDSM - Comedy - Dystopian - Drama - Fantasy - Harem - Idols - Incest - Male MC - Mystery - Romance - Sandbox - School - SciFi - Sports - Superpowers - Time Travel
