Recommending Calchito - My favorite Honey Select games

I fucking love that you show characters from game in description, but...
but most of these games (iirc: Astreon, Cross Realms, New Horizon and Wild Cats) have barerly any (lewd)content.
is this really a list of the top games? more like wishful thinking or an advertisement.

It's more of a personal list based on the games i enjoy, not necessarily the amount of (lewd) content. They're in the top because, for me, they're the ones i've enjoyed the most, even if some of them don’t have much content yet

You are more "story/plot" guy then, I respect that
I like "content" more, so I have an idea
Since you're showing game characters (brilliant idea!), you could mark the amount of "content" on them.
For example:
thumbs down - no "content"
1 heart - 1-2 scenes
2 hearts - 3+ scenes

I know that is additional work for you, but I'm sure your list would be even better, especially for guys like me

Actually, i had in mind to add a heart symbol for characters that have some scenes at the beginning, but i wasn’t sure if i should include it. I guess i’ll add it someday, since it would give more info about the game

And don’t worry, i actually enjoy doing this kind of thing, since the list isn’t very long, it would be quick to do

I don’t really play a lot of incest games, but I’ve tried a few. If you haven’t played them yet, i’d recommend Realm Invader and Ripples. Those are the only ones i can suggest since i haven’t played more of that type

For me, a lewd scene is any scene that includes sex, masturbation, or pretty explicit nudity. I’m not exactly sure what you’d call a "proper" lewd scene, but for Anabelle and Emma, even though they only have one lewd scene each, I think it can count as a "proper" lewd scene

This list is dedicated exclusively to games developed in Honey Select. I created it to keep track of the titles i have played and to build my own ranking. I hope it’s also useful for others interested in this type of game.

Each game includes a customized card where I present the main love interests (LIs), main girls, and some secondary girls. In addition, each game has tags that highlight the general theme, along with an estimated playtime in hours. Please note that the playtime is only a guideline, as reading speed varies from person to person.

The game status is also shown, which can be:

• Active → the game is currently in development.
• On Hold → the game has been paused by the developer or there has been no news for a while.
• Abandoned → the game has been left by the developer.

Characters that have (lewd) scenes are marked with a ❤‍ in the top-left corner of their card.

I appreciate games that have a good story and quality renders (which I'm quite picky about), and that are developed in Ren'Py. I'm not interested in games with tags like Futa, gay, or Loli, but other than that, I'm open to suggestions and willing to review new proposals.

Changelog #2

I've changed the card design once again (hopefully for the last time). The current design now matches the one used in my other thread

Basically, the cards now show the game's banner along with my Top 5 favorite girls from each game. The tags are displayed inside a spoiler so they're easier to read and I've also added a star rating system ranging from 0 to 5 stars

I've kept the game version and the average playtime and placed them at the beginning for better visibility I decided to remove the symbol that marked characters with lewd scenes, since I couldn't find a place where it really fit I might bring it back in the future if I find a better way to include it

I hope this update makes everything more comfortable and easier to view

That was the only reason I liked this list.
It was easy to tell if a game I wasn't familiar with was worth starting
and if I'd missed anything with the ones I'd played...

So, could it be that a cute character like Clara from CoD will be omitted?

This makes absolutely no sense to me anymore; I don't know why I would follow this list...

The main reason for the change is simply that I like this version more visually. At first, I made a design that included all the girls and marked their scenes, but later I switched to the current one, which I personally like a lot more

If I manage to fit those other elements in and I like how it looks, I might add them back in the future, but I’m not sure yet. This version feels much cleaner and less cluttered compared to the previous one
