Overview:
In a world once shared by four great races, the human leader, driven by his short lifespan compared to other races, was swayed by a mysterious woman to launch a holy war. This war ultimately led humans to dominate the world, while the elven race was nearly wiped out. In the centuries following the holy war, humans established a belief system centered around the "Holy Church" and the "Saint," solidifying their rule in the "Holy Capital."

A female saint is a saint. You don't take ess on every damn title cause it's for a female. Just like a female knight is a Dame, not a knightess.

This reminds of the 1d4chan 1d6chan article on Amazons and how Monster Girl Encyclopedia says "Amazoness" but that has the excuse of being triple/backwards translated (English to Japanese then back again)

According to the Oxford English Dictionary the word saintess dates back to the mid-15th century. The word was not as commonly used as just saint even back then, as the word saint is and always was unisex, but it was still used and has just come into a bit more prominence in modern day because of it's use in manga, anime, isekai stuff, and such. But there isn't anything technically wrong with using it. Kind of like saying actor and actress, both terms are usable for females. Or steward and stewardess. Basically it comes down to the vibe the story is going for. Saintess usually gives manga vibes now but that doesn't make it inaccurate.

While admittedly we can't tell if whether your artstyle is good on close-up yet, I don't see the reason to replace hand-drawn art with AI if we aren't even given a chance to like your art. Not all creators start out great and strong after all, most of them glow-up and improve overtime regardless of the format they're doing.
The most apparent case being Amy's Ecstasy, which went from MS Paint-esque art to looking real professional!

The writing has a very GPT 3 vibe to it. I walked into Leah's house to find Liya calling herself Leya. I still have no clue what her real name is supposed to be. It reminds me of all the Japanese games that were quickly and sloppily translated by AI before GPT 4o came out.

Not bad, it looks quite interesting, perhaps the only detail I think is that the blonde milf's breasts (sorry I forgot her name) look incongruous when comparing the seventh image with the last, although it's not a big deal.

Outside of that, it looks very good, good luck.
