thanks a lot for the tool~ one question: after downloading the file which mp4 format i am not able to open it . when i check the video file detail the bitrate firate etc all blank. is there extra step to transfer the files to be visible?

File can be corrupted if you read it while you are recording, is it happening with other records, maybe from other site or model ?

it doesnt work for me model are "online" on webs but in apps still off so when i try to record, its not even recording apparently and folder still empty
