HTML Camgurl Mansion (development thread)

Hi everyone,

For years I've been enjoying the games on this site, I'm a particularly big fan of real porn HTML games. I started working on my own game and I think I'm almost ready to release the first version to the public. The majority of the early content is present, I'm mostly just tweaking text, proofreading and testing for bugs at the moment.

For the first release I'm hoping to get some player feedback and improve for the next version. In case anyone wants an early sneak peek, I added the current version in the mega link below. Any comments, suggestions or tips are appreciated.

Camgurl Mansion Devlog: January 15, 2023

With the game's initial release a few days behind us, it’s time to start working forward. It got a much better reception than I hoped for, very grateful to everyone who tried it out. Here are the planned changes for 0.2.

New Content:

• Expand the gym storylines, you can now train to the next fitness level with new events.
• Continue the Nyxi path by helping her restart hormone therapy (respond to her emails)
• Add a University location where you can take management lessons. Recruiting new girls requires a certain management level.
• Implement one of the new girls for the mansion (most likely Vanniall)

General Improvements:

• Fix Laura cumshow bug on Stats page(8/9 is the max possible with the bug)
• Starting energy set to 2, increases to 3 and 4 with fitness level
• Indicator in the sidebar when you have an email
• Don’t warp to the house lobby when not necessary
• Mention that renovating a room costs money before starting to clean it
• Small spelling fix in Natassia's Feet scene
• Beautify the Stats page
• Added a donation box in the mall so you can spend money freely

Camgurl Mansion DEVLOG: January 25, 2023

Times flies when you’re having fun. We’re fast approaching the first update to the game! All the planned content from the previous devlog made it in and a few small extras. The next week will just be testing, proofreading, and checking if old saves work until release on the 1st.

I’ve read the comments on the UI and clicking. I realise it needs work, it’s not my strong suit for sure. For the March update, I have it high on my list to look into adding an interactive map for the outside and a house graphic/image for mansion, but I don’t know how feasible it will be with my current skills.

As a temporary crutch, I’ve made an effort to reduce unnecessary clicking in several areas and changed the home view into some clickable room images.
